Since I'm currently pretty much stuck in my house these days I've been really inspired to decorate the house and make it reflect our personalities. Most of my ideas have come from the addicting site that is Pinterest. Below are some ideas I have found on there and are really wanting to make or purchase for my house. I'm really into DIY projects. Sacrifices


"Hip Hip Hooray! The super readers saved the day!" Please, PLEASE get this out of my head. If you are not familiar with the exciting show Super Why, then you don't understand the awesome song that is stuck in my head. I hear it all day; when I'm in the shower, when I'm cooking, and even when I am trying to fall asleep. It is an acceptable sacrifice to have this lame stuff in my head because by golly Mason is obsessed. I could seriously play it all day and he would be happy (And I do have it on a lot!). That's one thing you learn real quick as a parent; the babies wants and needs come first. Always. To some this makes them not want to have babies yet, but once you hold that precious thing in your arms, you don't care to do whatever it takes to make that bundle of joy happy. And in return, that makes you happy (I think I am using commas a lot...oh well!). Just my little two cents for the day.  :)

It's Gonna Happen



So yea....I've gained a lot of weight...there I said it! With that being said, I am determined to change. I usually don't tell people when I am "dieting" because of the risk of feeling like a failure when I give up on it. But this time is different. I have been doing a lot of research on eating healthy. The old me would restrict my calories and basically starve myself, but no more of that! I'm going to take it easy and take my time. I am really focusing on limiting my sugar and making sure I eat things as natural as possible. This doesn't mean I'm not going to give in sometimes and eat a big juicy cheeseburger. Just not going to do that everyday like I use to. My goal is 30 pounds right now. Not really setting a deadline, but I have one in my head. I know I can do this and I am excited to get started. I have been doing really good the past 4 days. I know that's not very long, but from my dieting experience, it is for me! So here goes nothing!
